For over a century, Hotel-Restaurant Fritz has been an integral part of Gronau's history. The historic house, dating back to 1877, has undergone many changes whilst still preserving its unique character. Originally founded as a simple tavern, it evolved over the years into a popular meeting place for travelers and locals alike.

Although the original Art Nouveau architecture is no longer present, the building remains a testament to its rich past. After World War II, the Kauer family revitalized the hotel with lively dance events.

Today, owner Erik Diepenmaat manages Hotel Fritz, providing modern comforts in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Discover a piece of Gronau's history and enjoy your stay in a place that has stories dating back generations.
